Under the visionary leadership of Founder & CEO Mark Foster, the Second Chance Concept House showcases what’s possible when design, sustainability, and community unite. What started as a modest 1,600-square-foot home in Baltimore County has been transformed into a remarkable 8,200-square-foot estate—a seamless blend of reclaimed materials, custom design, and expert craftsmanship.
This project embodies the heart of Second Chance’s mission—from deconstruction and reuse to preservation and innovation. It also serves as a hands-on learning space for our workforce development trainees, offering real-world experience in sustainable building practices.
